・Please note that tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
- Tickets purchased through the electronic ticket site Nutmeg cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
・Receipts for tickets purchased through the electronic ticket service Nutmeg can be issued at the front desk. Please ask a member of staff if you require one.
・The "Start Use" button will be pressed by an attendant upon entry. Please note that if you press it yourself, your ticket will become invalid.

・Please contact us if you wish to rent the entire facility for a group.

*If any behavior that causes inconvenience to the facility or other customers, such as violent behavior, disruption of business, or intentional damage to property, is observed, you will be asked to leave the facility.

*In accordance with the Entertainment and Amusement Business Act, minors are not permitted to enter the facility after 8:00 p.m., even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

・Food (including candy and gum) is not permitted inside the building. Drinks with lids are permitted.
・Please refrain from entering the venue while intoxicated or from drinking alcohol inside the venue.
-If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area behind NEO SPORTS HEROES.
・Pets are not permitted inside the venue. However, assistance dogs are welcome.
・We have installed an AED at the reception desk.

・There are no age or height restrictions for the attraction.
・We do not accept reservations for attractions.
・If you are found to be causing a nuisance to the facility or other customers while using an attraction, such as joining a line, engaging in dangerous behavior, or cutting in line, you will be asked to leave the facility.
・Please refrain from using the attraction multiple times in succession. If you wish to use the attraction again, please be sure to line up again.
・Please refrain from monopolizing attractions as a group or individual.
・You will be required to remove your shoes for 4 of the 16 games. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from playing barefoot.
If you do not have socks, they are available for purchase at the reception desk (220 yen), so please feel free to purchase them.

・Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or over.
・Please note that we do not rent or store strollers or wheelchairs.
・Strollers and wheelchairs are available within the building.
・There are no nursing rooms available within NEO SPORTS HEROES.
*There is a multi-purpose toilet behind Blueberry Lodge.
・Please note that there are no discounts available for people with disabilities.
・If you are bringing an assistance dog, you may enter the venue with it.
*There is no admission fee for assistance dogs.

・If you are using the building, please come to the reception desk.
*Lost items will be kept for two months.
